Position Summary

The Commercial Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in commercial facilities such as offices, schools, and business establishments. This role ensures a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet tissue.
  • Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Position Summary

The Security Guard Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to individuals seeking certification or professional development in security services. This role ensures compliance with state regulations and industry standards while fostering a safe and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver classroom and practical training sessions for security guard certification.
  • Teach topics such as legal responsibilities, emergency procedures, ethics, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure all training materials comply with state licensing requirements and company standards.
  • Administer written and practical examinations to assess student competency.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and certification status.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students to support successful course completion.
  • Stay updated on changes in security laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with management to improve curriculum and training methods.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in security services or law enforcement.
  • Certified instructor status as required by state regulations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain a professional learning environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping and presentations.
  • Class DI license or willing to obtain.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Process payments and manage basic billing tasks (if applicable).
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Complete fingerprinting and passport photos as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
