Service Description
Our American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider CPR course trains healthcare professionals and first responders to recognize life-threatening emergencies and deliver high-quality CPR in critical situations. Program Includes: Adult, child, and infant CPR AED use and rescue breathing Choking relief High-quality CPR and team-based response Hands-on skills practice and testing Who It’s For: Healthcare professionals CNAs, nurses, medical assistants, and students First responders and allied health workers Requirements: Valid photo ID Ability to perform CPR skills on the floor or manikin What Participants Receive: AHA BLS Provider eCard (valid for 2 years) Hands-on training and skills validation Train. AHA Training Site – Policies & Procedures Course Materials: In accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines, students enrolled in instructor-led (non-HeartCode) courses must have the current AHA manual for their course (print or approved digital format): BLS Provider Manual (2025 Guidelines) – ISBN 978-1-68472-310-2 ACLS Provider Manual (2025 Guidelines) – ISBN 978-1-68472-295-2 PALS Provider Manual (2025 Guidelines) – ISBN 978-1-68472-339-3 Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Student Workbook (current edition) Students completing AHA HeartCode (blended learning) courses are not required to purchase a printed manual. Failure to bring required materials may result in rescheduling. Attendance & Participation: AHA requires full attendance and participation. Late arrival, early departure, or partial attendance may result in ineligibility for certification. Course Completion: Students must successfully complete all skills testing and required assessments per AHA standards to receive certification. Payment, Refunds & Rescheduling: Full payment is required prior to class. No refunds are issued once class begins. Rescheduling is permitted prior to course start, subject to availability. Fees are non-transferable. No-Show Policy: Students who do not attend without notice forfeit all fees and must re-register. Certification: AHA certification cards are issued electronically (eCards) upon successful completion. Printed cards are not provided. Dress Code & Physical Ability: Students must wear appropriate attire for hands-on skills. Physical ability to perform CPR skills is required; limitations should be disclosed in advance. Conduct: Professional behavior is required. Disruptive or unsafe conduct may result in dismissal without refund. Emergency Policy: Classes may be rescheduled due to weather or emergencies. Students will be notified accordingly. Acknowledgment: By registering, students agree to comply with all AHA Training Center policies and procedures.
