Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. Please note: No refunds will be issued once submissions have been completed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided for your background check is accurate. A tracking number can be provided upon request. Please have an ORI number for your fingerprinting service readily available. Rapid Time Education Center and its staff is not responsible, if you do not provide the correct ORI number for your fingerprinting needs.
