Cancellation Policy

Rapid Time Education Center Notary Services Policy All notary services are performed in compliance with Florida Statutes Chapter 117. The notary public acts as an impartial witness and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. All notary service fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the notarization is completed. Fees are charged for the notary’s time, availability, and administrative or travel costs, if applicable. No refunds will be issued for, including but not limited to: Client cancellation or no-show Incomplete, incorrect, or unsigned documents Failure to provide acceptable, unexpired identification Refusal or inability of a signer to sign Determination by the notary that legal requirements are not met All signers must present valid, unexpired identification as required by Florida law. If proper identification is not provided, the notary must refuse service without refund. The notary must confirm the signer is acting willingly, without coercion, and appears mentally aware at the time of notarization. If these conditions are not met, service will be refused. The notary does not prepare, draft, correct, or review documents for legal accuracy or completeness. Clients are responsible for ensuring all documents are complete prior to the appointment. The notary reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with Florida law, including situations involving suspected fraud, duress, incomplete documents, or non-compliance with statutory requirements. Refusal of service does not entitle the client to a refund. For mobile notary services, travel and convenience fees are charged for time and availability and are non-refundable, even if notarization cannot be completed. By booking or receiving notary services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy and all applicable Florida notary laws.
