40-Hour Class “D” Security Officer Training Program Policy Enrollment & Refund Policy All 40-Hour Class “D” Security Officer Training courses offered by Rapid Time Education Center are non-refundable once the course has begun. No exceptions will be made. Students are permitted one (1) reschedule opportunity, subject to availability, provided the request is submitted in advance and prior to the course start date. Failure to attend or complete the course without proper notice will result in forfeiture of tuition. Fingerprinting & Background Checks No refunds will be issued once fingerprint submissions have been completed, regardless of course completion status. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided for fingerprinting and background checks is accurate and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay licensure and is not the responsibility of Rapid Time Education Center. A tracking number may be provided upon request after fingerprint submission. Attendance & Course Completion This is a state-mandated 40-hour training program. Full attendance is required to receive a certificate of completion. Tardiness, early departure, or missed hours may require the student to make up time or retake the course, in accordance with Florida licensing requirements. Certificates will not be issued unless all instructional hours are completed. Dress Code Students must arrive dressed appropriately for a professional training environment. Comfortable but professional attire is required, preferably a polo shirt, trousers, and closed-toe shoes. Inappropriate attire may result in removal from class. Student Conduct & Responsibility Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Disruptive behavior, use of alcohol or illegal substances, or failure to follow instructor directions may result in dismissal from the program without refund. Participation, attention, and adherence to all classroom policies are essential for successful completion. Program Disclaimer Completion of the Class “D” Security Officer Training Program does not guarantee licensure or employment. Licensing approval is determined by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) and is subject to background check results and application accuracy.
